If you believe you have received a false charge from Dapper, please submit a ticket to our support team with the subject line Question on Charge.

Include as much additional information as you can. Including:

  • Dapper username
  • Email tied to your account
  • Date/time of transaction
  • Photo of the charge on your bank
  • Financial institution
  • All additional information you can provide
