Incorrect Refund

If you believe you have received a false or incorrect refund from Dapper please submit a ticket to our support team with the subject line 'Question on Refund'.

Include as much additional information as you can. Including:

  • Dapper Username
  • Email on your account
  • Date/Time of transaction
  • Photo of the charge on your bank
  • Financial institution
  • All additional information you can provide

You can view the activity history on your Dapper account – your purchases, sales, withdrawals, and pending transactions – in an easy-to-read feed displayed directly below your Dapper Balance on your account's 'Hometab.
