Troubleshooting on Dapper

You may encounter various bugs or issues related to your Dapper experience that may be tied to your device, browser, or operating system. To potentially resolve these issues, we recommend the following:

  • Dapper currently supports the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Using an unsupported browser can lead to issues or errors on our sites and we recommend switching to a supported browser first to see if this resolves the issue
  • Try clearing your cache and cookies. Here are instructions for clearing your browser cache and cookies for the most popular browsers: ChromeFirefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Ensure that your operating system and browser version is up-to-date
  • If you're on a mobile Apple device, please turn off Private Relay
  • Try a different browser or an incognito/private browser
  • Attempt to go on our sites with a different device
  • Avoid the use of a VPN or ad-blocker. This could cause issues when interacting with our sites
  • Please ensure that you have pop-ups enabled for our sites. Disabling pop-ups could impact a variety of features
  • See if you reside in an approved region compatible with a Dapper Wallet account. You can check our Residency Requirements article for the full list of ineligible regions
