Connecting Your Bank Account to Dapper

If you are a collector in the US, have completed the identity check, and have either a checking or savings account at a major US bank, you can now connect that account to Dapper to make seamless withdrawals.

Connecting your bank account this way, commonly known as Automated Clearing House (ACH), is a quick and secure method to transfer funds between accounts. The minimum to withdraw is $8.01 USD and a fee of $8 per withdrawal request.

How to Link Your Bank Account (ACH)

1) Click Deposit from your Dapper Wallet home screen

2) Enter any deposit amount

3) At the checkout screen, find the Payment method section and click 'Change'

4) Select 'Add new bank account'

5) Fill out the form and click 'Continue'

4) Follow the steps through Plaid to connect your bank account and log in

5)  Once your account is linked, you can complete the deposit or return to the home screen to make a withdrawal

Important: Bank account linking must be done through the Deposit flow. The Payment Methods tab and the Withdraw button cannot be used to link a bank account at this time.

Note: Plaid, the company Dapper works with to connect your bank account, keeps your data safe and private with best-in-class encryption protocols like the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES 256) and Transport Layer Security (TLS).
