USDC on Ethereum Withdrawals

There are three ways to withdraw from your Dapper Balance:

  1. By converting your Dapper Balance to USDC and sending the tokens to any wallet address that accepts USDC. Please note: USDC withdrawals are not yet available in New York, Hawaii, Minnesota, and Alaska.
  2. Via direct wire transfer to bank accounts based in the US, UK, and Canada. At this time, these are the only countries available for wire transfers.
  3. By Automated Clearing House (ACH), this is available for accounts based in the US that have a checking or savings account at a major US bank – ChaseBank of America, or Capital One, for example.

Finding the USDC Option

To request a USDC withdrawal, go to your Dapper Wallet. Then, click on the 'Home' section from the list. Next, hit the 'Withdraw Balance' link found inside of the 'Dapper Balance' section. You will be presented with a pop-up screen with the option to select your withdrawal method, where you can choose the USDC option.

Next, enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your Dapper Wallet inside the "Enter withdrawal amount" field and the address of the wallet the funds are being sent to inside the "Crypto wallet address." Please note: you must withdraw a minimum of $10, and there is a withdrawal fee (which varies depending on Ethereum network fees) to cover gas costs. We also recommend double-checking that the wallet address entered is able to receive USDC before you confirm the withdrawal. Once you have agreed to the terms, click "Continue." You will see the message below confirming your withdrawal request has been submitted.
