USDC on Ethereum Withdrawals

You can withdraw the funds from your Dapper Balance by converting them to USDC and sending the tokens to any wallet address that accepts USDC on Ethereum. 

How to Withdraw USDC on Ethereum

1) Go to your Dapper Wallet

  • Open your Dapper Wallet and select the Home tab on the left-hand side of the screen under the Dapper Balance section.
  • You’ll see your total Dapper Balance, including both withdrawable and non-withdrawable funds.
  • Click Withdraw to start the withdrawal process.

Tip: Click the info icon beside your balance to view which portion of your Dapper Balance is available for withdrawal or for purchase only (i.e. non-withdrawable).

2) Select USDC on Ethereum

  • When prompted to choose your withdrawal method, select USDC on Ethereum.

  • The system will display key details such as estimated processing time (typically within minutes) and the applicable service fee.

3) Enter Withdrawal Details

  • In the pop-up window, enter:

    • The amount you wish to withdraw (minimum $10).

    • The crypto wallet address where you want to receive the funds.

      • You can also use direct connection to Coinbase to automatically retrieve your USDC address by clicking "Get wallet address".

  • Please double-check that your receiving wallet supports USDC on Ethereum. USDC can be stored in any Ethereum-compatible wallet.

Note: Dapper charges a $10 service fee for USDC on Ethereum withdrawals. This fee may vary slightly depending on Ethereum network conditions.

 

4) Confirm and Submit

  • Review the information entered carefully.

  • After agreeing to the terms, click Continue.

  • You’ll see a confirmation message once your withdrawal request is submitted.

Learn How to Use or Cash Out Your USDC

Once your withdrawal is complete, you can convert your USDC to cash and transfer it to your bank account using your preferred crypto exchange or wallet that supports USDC on Ethereum.

If you’re using Coinbase, you can follow their simple steps to withdraw funds to your bank:
From a web browser:

  1. Go to My assets and select Cash.

  2. Click Withdraw cash.

  3. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and choose your destination under Transfer to.

  4. Select Preview, then Withdraw cash now to complete the transfer.

From the Coinbase app:

  1. Tap Transfer.

  2. Select Withdraw cash and enter the amount (or choose Withdraw maximum amount).

  3. Confirm your selections for Withdraw and Transfer to, then tap Preview followed by Withdraw cash now.

FAQ

  • Withdrawal requests are automated but can require manual review. Please allow for some processing time between submitting a withdrawal request and having the funds deposited in your digital wallet.
  • If you haven't already completed your identity check, you will be asked to do so before your first withdrawal. For more information on this process, click here.
  • USDC can be sent to any wallet address that accepts USDC on Ethereum. We recommend double-checking that the wallet address entered is able to receive USDC via the Ethereum network before you confirm the withdrawal. 
  • You must withdraw a minimum of $10, and there is a service fee of $10 (which may vary depending on Ethereum network fees so please confirm the fee during the withdrawal process).
