Payment can fail for a number of reasons. In most cases, you will need to speak with your bank. If you have any questions about your payment, note the Payment ID in your Dapper email receipt and contact the team either at email@example.com or by submitting a ticket here.
Known card issues
There are a couple of issues we're currently working with our payment provider to solve.
- Card types that are currently not compatible with Dapper are: American Express, Discover, pre-paid cards, and crypto-backed credit cards.
- Chase bank cards will sometimes reject our charges. We charge a $0 authorization fee to confirm a card but this is often blocked by Chase's fraud team. In these cases, you will need to contact Chase directly and have them approve the $0 charge.
