Troubleshooting Login IssuesIf you're having trouble accessing your account, such as the login page not loading, being stuck in a login loop, or not being able to view your Dapper Wallet, we recommend starting with the steps in our login troubleshooting guide. Using Google or Apple to Log InA common login issue happens when an account was created using Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. If you try to log in with an email and password, you might see a message that says:"This account was created using Google or Apple ID sign up. Click 'Continue' below to create a password for this account." To log in, select "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple", depending on which one was used to sign up. If you’re already signed in to that account in your browser, you’ll go straight to your Dapper Wallet. Otherwise, you’ll be asked to enter your Google or Apple email and password. Additionally, you can link your account to add the email and password login method. You will not receive an email to reset your password if you signed up via Google or Apple. If you need to update your password for your email address, please follow the instructions for your Google account or your Apple ID.
